Are you offering sessions online?

Yes, all of our sessions can happen online or in-person. All in-person sessions will abide by COVID-19 protocols.
What are your qualifications?

We are a team of Registered Social Workers and Certified Psychotherapists with training in types of therapy.
Are my sessions covered by insurance?

Yes, most insurance providers cover MSW and certified Psychotherapists. Check your plan.
